This network originates from the ongoing concern that IT professionals directly involved in the software development process are loosing too much of their potential income to middlemen.

The negative effects of this are shared by both the professional and the end customer. By "end customer" we do not mean the staffing company. We mean the entities that use the software to produce goods and services.

Our short term strategy is to share ownership over software products that could be sold globally in order to support our operations and produce income to the members trough licensing rights and also by members offering derived services independently.

In the long run, we should also be able to catter IT products and services to the marketplace in a manner that the customers benefit from reduced prices and the IT professional keeps most of the profits.
